Working with you we ensure that we engage with the right care provider in the right location.
Working in partnership with the care provider we inspect and certify the property to be suitable. If needed the care provider will furnish in readiness for occupation.
It doesn’t stop there the care provider maintains the property and with appropriate management controls the care provider reports back to Litmus Property on a regular basis which ensures quality and compliance.
In all contracts this has involved the acquisition and management of property, working closely with a complex network of local and national stakeholders and the provision of secure and accurate data. In every case we are able to deliver what our customers need at the agreed price.
